3 Single Leg Exercises 💪💪💪
Today I want to go through the benefits of single leg exercises and give you 3 simple exercises to do.
The thing I love about single leg exercises is that they are so versitial and are good for everyone regardless of your training experience.
If you are new to exercise then it helps develop single leg strength and stability and helps you work around flexibility issues.
Often when people start out with training they can have imbalances from left and right both flexibility and strength. Doing single leg work helps improve these imbalances.
If you train a lot single leg exercises are great accessory exercises which are going to compliment your big lifts. They are also a great way of helping break through strength plateaus.
Here are 3 single leg exercises to try.
1. Bulgarian Split Squat
2. Reverse Lunge
3. Single Leg Romanian Dealdift
All these exercises can be done anywhere, home, in the park or at the gym. They can be started with just body weight and easily progressed to increasing weight.
