Fitness Boxx is a personalised coaching studio on Vuko Place in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Every client starts the same way – with a conversation, not a workout. Before we write a single session, we take the time to understand how you live, move and eat, so the coaching fits your life instead of fighting it.
Fitness Boxx is a personal training studio in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches, at 6/1 Vuko Place. It coaches clients one-on-one through the Discovery System – an assessment of lifestyle, nutrition and movement – so every program is built around the individual. New clients start with a free Discovery Session.
Coaching in Warriewood, not a membership
There's a real difference between a gym and a coach. A membership hands you a room full of equipment and leaves you to figure it out. Coaching means someone knows your name, your goals and your niggles – and adjusts the plan as you go.
That's what you get here. A trainer in your corner who's paying attention, session after session, so you're progressing safely rather than guessing.
It starts with a conversation, not a program
Your first step is a free Discovery Session – and it's genuinely a conversation. We talk through what you're hoping to change, what you've tried before, how you're sleeping and moving, and any injuries or history we need to work around.
Most people tell us it's the first time a gym has actually sat down and listened. That's the point. We can only build coaching that works when we understand you first – so the program comes after, not before.
You can see how the Discovery System works across all our coaching.
Right here on Vuko Place
The studio is at 6/1 Vuko Place, Warriewood – easy to reach whether you're local or coming from around the northern end of the Beaches. It's a real studio with real coaches, not a chain outlet you'll never see a familiar face in.
If you're nearby, you're welcome to find us on the map and drop in for your Discovery Session.
Who we coach
Our best-fit clients are often in their 50s – people who want expert help, honest advice and a bit of motivation, rather than another gym floor to navigate alone. Many arrive carrying an injury or a long break from training, unsure where to start.
That's exactly who we're built for. Any level is welcome, and the coaching meets you where you are today.
What clients say
We're 5.0-star rated on Google, and the reviews tend to say the same thing – that it's the support and the individual attention that make the difference.
"Fitness Boxx is such a supportive environment, especially for someone like me who had never really been to a gym before." – Caitlin M., Google review
Frequently asked questions
Where is the studio? Fitness Boxx is at 6/1 Vuko Place, Warriewood, NSW 2102. You can call us on 0420 947 244 or email warriewood@fitnessboxx.com.au.
What happens in the free Discovery Session? It's a real conversation about your goals, your lifestyle and any injuries – not a sales pitch. There's no obligation, and it's the best way to see if we're the right fit for you. You can book it online in a couple of minutes.
Do I need to be fit to start? No. The whole point of starting with an assessment is that your program is built around where you are right now – including any injuries or time away from training.
What does personal training cost? As a guide, coaching runs from around $55 a week for small-group training up to one-on-one (roughly $55–$285 a week depending on how often you train and the format you choose). One-on-one sits at the upper end. What's right for you depends on your goals – and that's exactly what we work out together in your free Discovery Session.
